We want you to love your Arvette ice scraper. You have 90 days from delivery to try it, and if you're not happy, we'll refund 100% of the product price, no questions asked.
What's covered
- Not satisfied: return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- Defective or damaged on arrival: choose between a free replacement or a full refund. We'll ask for a photo of the item.
How to request a return
- Email us at nuvorab@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If the item is defective, please include a photo.
- We'll reply with the return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for defective or damaged items.
Please don't send any item back before contacting us, so we can match the return to your order.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it on your account.
