Free worldwide shipping

Every Arvette order ships free, with no minimum purchase. We ship to most countries worldwide.

Delivery times

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 4–8 business days, depending on your country and city. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, and carrier delays can occasionally happen, especially during peak winter season.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow it on our Track Your Order page.

Customs and import duties

Depending on your country, your package may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs office. These charges are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Late or missing orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, email us at nuvorab@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help you right away.
